Lifting
Containers can be lifted onto the ground by means of a special container chassis. This is done horizontally or tilted. The big advantage of horizontal lifting is that the containers cargo will not shift. When lifted at a tilt, the cargo will shift to the rear of the container. Containers are therefore never lifted with the container doors facing backwards or downwards. After the containers have been lifted, the goods can be loaded or unloaded on the floor. In addition, loading or unloading can be carried out without having to wait and/or hire a chassis. Note: detention is subject to the normal free periods. A special transport rate also applies, and a double trip will be charged so as to finance the collection of the container.
