Order of the performance of work

Unless the parties explicitly agree otherwise in writing, all assignments will be carried out in the order determined by us, in which context matters such as the capacity of the equipment that is available to us and the degree to which it is in use will determine the time at which assignments commence and are completed. We are free to determine the manner in which assignments will be carried out unless the parties have made further agreements in that regard.
