General conditions

Irregularities

1. In the event of any irregularities the principal must inform us in such a way that we will be able to take measures to limit the damage, including but not limited to providing correct and complete instructions and immediately notifying us in the event that any irregularities, damage or threat of damage are discovered.

2. We are obliged to ask the principal for instructions if any irregularities arise during the work that impede any performance or that would lead to it no longer being possible to perform the work in accordance with the assignment that has been given.

3. The principal will reimburse us for the costs related to asking for instructions and the costs related to following such instructions.
