Permits

The provisions contained in this Article, in addition to the other provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions, govern all transports in respect of which special permission or an exemption is required from one or more governments.

a. At the principal’s request we will apply for any permits or exemptions that are required to perform a special transport. The principal will pay any costs related to such an application, permit or exemption.

b. With respect to special transports, we will comply with any and all statutory rules and regulations and any instructions given by governments or public servants; any extra costs that ensue from our doing so will be paid by the principal.
