Other activities and liablility

If we carry out other activities than those described in the foregoing Articles, the following provisions will apply at all times in respect of our liability:

We are not liable for any damage, however it may be named or however it may have arisen, as a result of the work we have performed unless the principal demonstrates that there was an intentional act or omission or gross negligence on our part. In the event that the principal proves an intentional act or omission or gross negligence on our part, we are:

a. under no circumstances liable for indirect and/or consequential damage; and
b. liable in respect of direct damage only up to a maximum amount equal to EUR 100,000 per incident or series of incidents having the same cause.
