Prices and offers

1. All offers that we make are without engagement.

2. Our prices are based on the rates, salaries, prices, etc. that apply on the date of the offer or the date on which the agreement is entered into or the date of the actual performance. If one or more of those factors changes, the prices will automatically be adjusted accordingly and will be binding – including in respect of current agreements – on the understanding that if the prices are changed within three months after the agreement is concluded, the principal will be entitled to dissolve the agreement unless the parties have explicitly agreed otherwise. In the event of dissolution the principal will be obliged to pay for any work that has already been performed.
