Prices and offers (continued)

1. Our prices in respect of transport include only the freight charges from the location of loading to the location of unloading, unless the parties agree otherwise.

2. Our prices in any event do not include:

* clearing charges;
* VAT;
* duties;
* Maut;
* import duties;
* advance fees;
* ferry charges;
* costs related to completing customs documents or other documents;
* surcharges on diesel fuel;
* surcharges for extra loading and unloading addresses; and
* insurance,

unless the parties have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The principal will be charged those costs if they have been incurred separately.

3. Our prices are calculated on the assumption that locations can be easily reached or driven on, at street level. If during the performance of the assignment it appears that the accessibility or the level is not acceptable, we will be entitled to increase the prices by any and all costs that are incurred as a result.

4. Invoices will be deemed to have been accepted and approved by our principal if we have not received a written notice of objection within eight days of the invoice date.
