Other provisions

If any provision contained in these General Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be construed as though that invalid or unenforceable provision had not been included in these General Terms and Conditions, in which case such an invalid and unenforceable provision will be deemed to be replaced with a provision that is as close as possible to the parties’ intention at the time at which the original provision was included.
