Applicable law and disputes

1. Notwithstanding any provision contained in Article 2 of the General Terms and Condition, any disputes between us and the principal will be resolved exclusively by the Dutch court in the District of Rotterdam.

2. All legal relationships between us and the principal are governed by Dutch law.
