Dutch law and the most recently filed version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden) lodged by FENEX with the Clerks of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam), including the arbitration clause, apply to all our activities.
The terms and conditions have been provided to you before or at the close of the agreement and will be sent to you free of charge upon request. Moreover, the texts of these conditions (in various languages) can be downloaded here.
Disputes which are excluded from the arbitration clause and which emerge or are related to the agreement made between parties will be settled by the competent court in Rotterdam.
We explicitly reject any and all general conditions from our contractual counterparts, unless we explicitly agree in writing with the applicability thereof.
