Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD)

In essence this document is a signed statement, issued by the shipper, stating the correct handling and loading of the hazardous product in accordance with IMDG or IATA regulations. It advises shipper details, as well as details of the product(s) in question, and emergency contacts. Based on these details, the shipping company will determine whether the goods can be accepted for transport. If this information is not provided on time, or if it is incorrect, the shipping company may refuse the cargo.
