Containers
Transporting goods in containers is the most efficient and cost-effective way to move your products globally. The wide variety of container types can be confusing, so here’s a little overview to show you the main differences.
FCL - normal dry containers
An FCL (Full Container Load) shipment means that we reserve a container for your products only. No freight from other suppliers is loaded in the same container.
We can send containers to your site if loading or unloading is possible at your premises. If on-site loading isn’t an option, we will pick up your goods via specialised transport and arrange loading at the port in our warehouse facilities. For import shipments, we can even place the container on the ground with a side-loader.
In addition to standard dry equipment, there are many different options to transport your goods.

Special equipment cargo
Open top containers are used mainly for shipping cargo with excessive height. The roof of an open top container has a removable bow and tarpaulin to accommodate items higher than the standard measurements.
Flat rack containers can be used for cargo that is too high, too wide or too long to fit in conventional containers.
Reefers
Reefers are refrigerated containers that maintain the required conditions during transportation of temperature-sensitive cargo. Reefers can be used for frozen cargo such as fries and seafood, or chilled cargo such as fruit, chocolate, and flower bulbs. We have specific expertise in the reefer segment and are confident that we can provide you with the exact solution you need.
